* 代辦費:房租申請服務費$300 USD,租車$100 USD,手機服務費或陪同開戶$100 USD,報考駕訓 $130/$200 USD ( 贈題庫,不包含DMV手續費與車資),接送費用 $50 ~ 100 USD, 校園導覽$100 USD/所, 托福報考$890 USD, 翻譯$60-100 USD.
* 以上價格為現金價, 可接受信用卡Visa 或Master, 另收取1.5%信用卡刷卡手續費. 國際匯款轉帳或學校轉帳銀行手續費: 100 USD.
* 服務代辦費,手續費,管理費以及學校申請及租屋申請的訂金恕不接受退費.(租屋押金在租約期滿退還在還原租賃時的清潔及無損壞的條件下)
